Girls’ Generation is one of South Korea’s most popular female pop groups. The girls are well known across Asia with hit songs like Gee, Genie, Oh, and Hoot etc.
Girls’ Generation is often referred to as Soshi, or SNSD by international fans – abbreviation of the group’s Korean name, So Nyeo Shi Dae (소녀시대, or So Nyuh Shi Dae).
